By accessing or using Xacta Automotive Connect ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Xacta Automotive Connect is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed for automotive dealerships and showrooms. The Service includes:

• Vehicle inventory management
• Lead and customer management
• Sales pipeline tracking
• B2B Partner Network features
• Reporting and analytics
• Integration capabilities

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

4.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will have access until the end of your current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xacta Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
